• Delivery in Dubai & Across UAE:
Orders within Dubai are delivered within 2–5 working days.
Orders across other Emirates may take 3–7 working days depending on the location.
• Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (except weekends and public holidays).
• Shipping Charges:
We currently offer Free Delivery across the UAE on all orders.
• Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:
• 30-Day Return Policy:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Eligibility for Return:

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is not according to the quality we promised or has a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days.
• In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
